I'm sure most of you out there practice safe driving by using a headset. And for those of you who don't....well you're gonna have to starting this July. With all the everyday distractions we encounter while driving (i.e. eating, reading, grooming ect.) we do not need to add chit-chatting on the phone or texting, regardless of how we absolutely must call our BFF to tell them about the amazing sales at the mall. And if you're under the age of 18, you cannot be on the phone AT ALL. You can read more about the new law on the DMV's website. Need a headset? We got your back here at iGoneMobile. We have both 2.5 and 3.5 mm adapters for everything from the Mogul to the iPhone. And because we care so much, we've also created adapters and headsets for the New V9 Razr 2, unavailable everywhere else! Buy your...
Ready to start a new day with your beloved iPod. So you grab the iPod with the full body screen protector shield that protects it from scratches. Then you throw it in your foam protected bag that protects it from falling. Then you think smugly "Yeah, I'm protected. There's nothing that can possibly go wrong with my iPod." Except...you left the screen unlocked and you've unknownlingly been pressing all the possible buttons on your iPod. You try to press all the buttons and nothing happens. You start crying and frantically yell, "What do I do now?!" Does this sound like you? Brrrr. It's cold in here. You've been hit with the case of the frozen iPod, or as we like to call it, the dreaded "FroziPod!" It creeps out of nowhere and usually happens when you're pressing too many buttons or you may need to update your iTunes software. After...
The new Motorola RAZR2 models like the V8 V9 V9m is so thin that a new USB port connector has been designed to accommodate the thin sculpted shell. Called "Micro USB", it will be used to connect to other peripherals like chargers, headset USB sync, etc. That means a whole new line of accessories will be developed to support the new RAZR2. Rumor has it Motorola will start using the new "Micro USB" connectors for all future phone models. That means bye bye to the current "Mini USB" connectors used on majority of Motorola models like RAZR, KRZR, SLVR, U6, etc. Blackbery PDA and Nextel models will probably still use the current mini USB configuration. So if you are the lucky ones to get the new RAZR2 models which will be released in Q3 2007 don't think you are so lucky. Getting the new RAZR2 models means you have to...
What is HDMI? HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) is the newest interface for audiovisual equipment such as high-definition television and home theater systems. With 19 wires wrapped in a single cable that resembles a USB wire, HDMI is able to carry a bandwidth of 5 Gbps (gigabits per second). This is more than twice the bandwidth needed to transmit multi-channel audio and video, future-proofing HDMI for some time to come. This and several other factors make HDMI much more desirable than its predecessors, component video, S-Video and composite video. HDMI is an uncompressed, all-digital signal, while the aforementioned interfaces are all analog. With an analog interface, a clean digital source is translated into less precise analog, sent to the television, then converted back to a digital signal to display on screen. At each translation, the digital signal loses integrity, resulting in some distortion of picture quality. HDMI preserves the source signal,...
