Wow this must be the first. Nokia 6555 from AT&T is using the new micro USB connector for charging and data transfers. Nokia has been using a single pin connector for the last few years and now introduced the first 6500 series models that use Micro USB just like Motorola RAZR2 V8 V9 Q9m. Will this be the first in upcoming changes for the major phone manufacturers to standardized on a industry connector? Why can't they come up with a standard like HDMI for AV industry and have all cell phone manufacturers like Samsung, LG, Motorola, Nokia adopt it? This will make every phone users life's easier and will be heaven for cell phone accessories manufacturers which will only have to make one type of charger to fit all phones in the world. I dream of that day.
