Great service. Verizon does not supply the driver with the phone! They want you to pay $$ for it, along with a cable you may already have. So I downloaded the software from your site.Page https://www.igonemobile.com/downloads/index.aspxSays:Verizon V Cast Music Essentials Software Download. Software to transfer MP3, data, picture files from phone to computer. However, one can only transfer music, at least on the Motorola MOTOKRZR K1m. Verizon has locked out transferring pictures via USB. The product I bought here was the cheapest of all the online distributers, and was shipped immediately. All contacts I had with their service team were professional, and everything was resolved ASAP.

Although it took 7 days to get my order shipped due to a lost packing slip, it was shipped. I contacted the customer service and they responded in a timely matter and took care of the problem while explaining the information. I am unclear though as to why there isn't a way to find out whos order has not been taking care of if something like this happens. Because they did not know whos slip was missing I recieved no kind of communication and I waited just in case it was an unupdated site. Therefore my package was shipped by the time it should of been to me. I am unaware at the moment if that will be taken care of with faster shipping due to the mistake, but if it isn't, I will probably never shop through this site again. I should not have to wait up to another week due to a mistake by the warehouse, however unforseeable as it was. If I am able to recieve my package in just a day or so, then I will know that my buisness is important to the site and I will come back if I ever need anything that is on igonemobile. I think the most irritatingthing is that it was all over a 12 dollar pair of headphones for my cell.

To Whom It May Concern:I just want to take the time to send a note of gratitude for the wonderful customer service I received recently, after a purchase at I-GoneMoble. I have never before been treated with such respect and courtesy from an on-line business, as I have from I-GoneMobile...and I shop online all the time...After a slight mix up in the order, I contacted the company, and was surprised to actually be speaking to the owner. It was Valentines day, and he was just closing up to leave, and heading out the door - on his way home to his wife when I called. (Remember, it was Valentines day.) He very patiently listened as I explained what happened, and was genuinely concerned about the mix up.Not wanting to rush me, and even though it was the end of the day - (Valentimes day), he stayed...taking the time to help me. He immediately took care of the situation, and promised a quick delivery on a followup replacement order. A few days later, I had that order in my hands! Right now, I'm in shock! I never would have expected that level of customer service from anyone or any company - let alone on Valentines day.I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the extra effort, courtesy and consideration that was extended to me - especially since this was my very first purchase with this company.
