Hi,

Try the Samsung PC Studio Software 3.0. It should have the features you are looking for. You can download it from the members only forum "Software Downloads". Try it and let us know how it worked out.

Hi Supreme Being,

I had try for a couple of hour to synchronize witch Samsung PC Studio, but the soft don't recognize my phone.

On my phone screen it's said USB CONNECTED, but PC studio doesn't find my phone.

In the installation thy said they need a driver for my phone before try to sync with the computer, but i don't have it. Do you know where can i find this driver?

I have access to my memory card to transfer MP3, and Pics, but not for my contacts.

Thank's for help

Hi,

Try the new Samsung PC Studio 3.2 version. It can be download from the members only downloads forum. It supports Windows Vista and have live update. Since the M610 is so new the live update may help. Thanks

Even when you have successfully installed the USB cable drivers, no amount of tinkering will get the M610 to work with PC Studio.

I can get mass storage to work just fine with my 2 M610s, but not PC Studio.  I suspect that Sprint has disabled this feature.

So, I laid out the $29 for Datapilot to manage contacts via USB cable.  I supplied my own data cable (Best Buy has them) and drivers.  I downloaded and installed Datapilot.  Works fine.

You can always use Bluetooth for contacts and cable+mass storage ("Connect to PC")for music, pictures, and video.

I downloaded PC Studio 3.0 for my Win2000Pro machine. I know the USB driver is working with the phone since I can browse the Mass Storage folders with explorer. PC Studio however won't connect.

I was hoping that an online update for PC Studio might help, but the program won't let me bail out of the Connection Wizard to do an update.
