Figured I'd just drop a post to say how grateful I am for stumbling across this site. I already had a cable from my Blackjack. After much frustration trying other drivers, I was able to download the PC Studio software and drivers hosted here, and quickly get my wife's new phone connected.
Quick tips -
install from the bin folder, NOT the setup you see in the root
immediately update the software (34MB download)
Now I can put tones and images on there without paying ATT. Happy camper..

Also, does the software let you make ringtones for the a347 even though it is only capable of polyphonic tones? Can you turn any song into a polyphonic ringtone?
