The Nokia PC Suite driver will not work with the non-OEM cable.  Apparently the non-OEM cable uses a different serial/USB converter chipset.  I was able to install PL-2303 DRIVER.EXE and got the cable to work.  Use Google to find the driver.

These drivers do NOT work for me.

I think this company is a big RIP OFF.

I now have a data cable the DOES support my phone. BUT there is NO drivers or software that supports the cable.
