| | Hey, I really don't have a clue but here goes. I have a Sanyo SCP-6650, the Katana 2 from Sprint. I went to www.mobile17.com to make a free custom ringtone to send to my phone. I made 3 and received all 3 via text. After I downloaded them, they said "A handler is needed to use this content type. Press OK to get handler." Well, I have no idea what that means, and when I pressed OK, it just takes me to Sprints ringer downloads. If you know what I need to do or think you can help me, please be specific in your instructions, because I've never done any of this before. I really appreciate any help I can get! Thanks! Dallas |
