| | Okay, so I'm not a computer genius, so I can't figure this out. I downloaded the link from this site for my LG phone, so that way I can transfer my pics to the computer. After I downloaded the link and tried to install it, it won't install unless I typed in a serial number. I doubted it wanted the serial number for my phone, but I put it in anyway, and of course that didn't work. There are so many folders and icons with this download that I really don't know what to do now. Is there a way to bypass the part where it asks for the serial number? Or does anyone know some other way to do it? Thanks- Jen
