I have downloaded the MPT tools, but it doesn't recognize my W370 phone.  Is there a way to get this to work?

Not without hacking the phone.
Tracfone disabled the USB feature to force buyers to use the browser to download MP3 Ringtones, but you can still download wallpapers/screensavers and midi ringtones to your phone by emailing it to your phone at yournumberwithareacode@mms.att.net or yournumberwithareacode@mms.cingular.com the latter might not work eventually because of att buying out cingular or something like that.

Another downside, the browser on the w370 only can go to the tracfone page, if you try anyother web addresses (whether phonebrowser supported or not) it will give you a 403 forbidden error.

If you do, however, want to download an mp3 ringtone it would be cheaper to download it from tracfone's website from a pc (note: prices for ringtones and wallpapers are based on the type of file (midi/mp3 for ringtones) and the last bought phonecard and whether you've added a double minutes card.

So is there a way to re-enable the USB on the phone?  I would like to enter my phone #'s back into the phone by use of the computer.  Getting the numbers into the phone by using the phone is a real PIA.  You mentioned hacking the phone.  Is that the only way to get the USB to work on the phone?  How is that done, or can you PM me on how to do it?

As far as I know that is the only way, but I do not know how to do it.
