| I used this successfully on my VX5200. However, it got the infamous "Car kit" problem such that it broke and I got a replacement VX5300 from verizon. Now I can't get into the directory ("access has been blocked to the directory" etc). What should I do to get the contacts reloaded on my new phone. My computer (bitpim) recognizes the phone.
