I have a motorola v710 phone. i downloaded the mpt 4 from this site and it works fine except for the multimedia button. so i tried downloading it again yet still no multimedia..

is it becuase something is worng with my phone, or the download?? could anyone help me find an answer to this problem?? or if anyone knows if i could find another program to move files to and from my phone to the computer or vise versa??
