| | nevermind, found a way around the system using another program to crop and save the mp3 files and then using MPT to transfer them to the phone to be used as a ringtone. |

| | downloaded software, runs fine, try using it with windown vista and it did not recognize my phone. Guess it is no good to me. I cant ven install the charging driver to charge my phone via usb. |

You just saved me hundreds of dollars as I was about to go out and buy another PDA to replace the one I had that died. Now my phone will get me through! I can sync my calendar and contacts wiht Outlook, offload my photos (phone's camera stinks, oh well), and have already created a few ringtones that nobody, and I mean NOBODY, will have on their phone... Laibach anyone?

| i have motorola w510 and i've already downloaded many versions of motorola phone tools and nothing has worked so far. i can't transfer any pix or mp3 from my pc to the mobile cause the modem disconnects when i click on media icon...  why is that? |

| | installed the motorola 4.o got updates says phone not detected and also i have w385 motorola threw cellular south i dont have text or internet on phone can i down load ring tones off net threw the phone tools try to send a text but said failed can send text threw computer nad recieve themon the pc or do i have to have text and internet on phone too any help will do |

| I downloaded the MPT and it worked great for one time. Now it does not or can not find my modem ? I have a V323i which was on the list. What a bummer. Any ideals
