| | I downloaded and installed, but after a series of updates to the software, it still cannot recognize my device. I have a MOTO Z9 and apparently the software does not have this device listed. I have connected to the phone manually using a different listed device, but I am not sure I am getting the full capabilities of the software. I really want to be able to transfer photos off the phone and also load files onto the phone. Any help that you can give would be appreciated - THANKS |

I would like to be able to fully use the features, specifically to place and receive calls from my computer, but I haven't been able to find out how yet. When the phone rings while connected and the computer also rings, but it won't answer it with the answer button on the screen. |

| I download motorola software however when connect the USB to the phone and the pc I am not anything
