| | I downloaded the mpt 4.0 and ran the update but it won't recognize my phone. I have a motorola renegade MOTV950KTA any ideas on how I can get this program to work with this phone? |

| | I am having the same problem with my V3m. I have had the software before without problem but this won't recognize my phone. |
