| | I purchased the software and cables and have used it successfully, however, I have upgraded to a Razr V3a and it isn't recognizing my phone. I wanted to transfer the content from my old phone. Anyone have suggestions. Thanks |

| | Depending on the software you have with your old phone you may want to uninstall then reinstall it to the newer phone you have. |

| | When setting up the "profile" and it asks you which phone you have choose V3am. I had to create a new profile and use this. It works great now. Hope that helps you. |
