| | One option for everyone that find there phone not listed during installation is to just install it with a similar model. M300 may be the same as m310 m510 or other models. Trial and error is always a good option. Try it and let us know what you find. |

| | I don't have any option to select a phone model during installation of the software and there is no way to get into the program without connecting to the phone first. The software responds that the phone is not connected; however, the screen on the phone itself indicates "USB Connected". Since Samsung is selling this software for $50 now, my guess is that this older software does not support these newer phones. |
