Q: I have read all of the questions related to the same situation i have. I have tried to cusult my user manual and the store that gave me the phone. I have tried just about everything. I STILL cant take videos from my phone and convert them onto my computer and it will not let me e-mail them because it says the file is too large, i tried a one second video just for the sake of argument and it once again told me that the file is too large. I am at a loss of what to do and the phone is supposed to be top notch technology. Not upset about the phone or anyone else, I would just like if someone has some VALUABLE information. PLEASE! A: Sorry,we're as lost as you are on this question.You may need to do some research on your own via google and forums to try and find the solution.I myself looked into it and it's very hard and unclear on how to solve the problem your experiencing.The only thing i can suggest is trying to get a hold of samsung themselves or their websites support area to see if you can find the answer to your problem.Sorry

A: You will need a driver for your phone for it to sync correctly with your PC. i suggest going to AT&T's website under support and downloads to find the ideal software for your phone.

Q: I have a usb cable for my samsung eternity but I can't figure out how to get it to work with my laptop (Vostro 1510). I don't have any problem when use it on desktop computers.
