    I sent this headset back to you with specific instruction to check if it actually works with a EM330 motorola phone and you just reshipped a duplicate headset. The new one I received doesn't work with my phone either so maybe you should remove it from the EM330 list of accessories because I'm out ten dollars and have no working headset. Still, if I had to rate the manner of business and overall performance of your Customer service I would still give you an 8 out of 10 so 80% is not too shabby in this climate but I still have no headset.

      A: This customer may have just been unlucky with our product,but the posting does state that this item does work with the Motorola EM330.Although I personally haven't tested it,it has been tested by our marketing team and is said to be compatible.
