this product works well with my t-mobile wing. finding a proper headset can be a problem with the mini usb so having an adaptor helps eliminate the stress of finding a headset or a pair of stereo headphones to hear the music player. its a must have accessory .

The product work very good except for intense use. The volume knob fail from time to time. In my case I do a lot of bike (that is my intense use). But beside, if it is use under normal condition, it is perfect. My phone is a HTC touch and the buttons that are on the adapter are not practical.
