Works perfectly, button works for both answering/ending calls and iPod control (once to play/pause and twice to skip tracks) for the iPhone 2G. Volume control wheel is also very convenient. Haven't tried listening to the mic quality personally, but have gotten a complaint from one person that it gave off too much background noise.
