I just received mine last week. Very happy with the purchase. Case is very functional, use the phone with the case on (openings for speaker, mic, and primary buttons), even take pictures with the case one, in fact, I haven't had the need to remove the unit from the case since I put it in there (keyboard folds out nicely with the case on). Only beef is that the belt clip failed (I stressed it when it caught on something), but since the clip is of the "universal" sort, should be easy to replace.
