  A: If you are using Windows Vista, sync using the Windows Mobile Device Center. Click File > Connection Settings in ActiveSync or click Mobile Device Settings > Connection settings in Windows Mobile Device Center, and then select the Allow USB connections option. You may visit HTC website for more information.
