I've worked with the software for hours and can't get it to work with my Moto W755 phone.

**To get the lastest version of MOTOROLA PHONETOOLS, you will need to update the software after you install the setup. This version is compatible with Windows XP and not compatible with Windows Vista. Motorola Phone Tools (MPT) version 4.5.1c is compatible with Windows Vista. Current MPT users can obtain version 4.5.1c by running Live Update to update their software to version 4.5.1c. Techincal support not included on installation or features.
