The product work fine but there it is such a stupid design for a such a simple need in a product

  A: Hello, when you put a low charged battery it will be red when it is fully charged it will be green.



• Q: I just bought this... I plugged it in..the light is on the charger and I plugged my phone it but it doesn't charge. Does it have to be connected to the computer also to charge? I just wanted it to sit on a desk not necessarily connected to the computer. - Name:cyndee - 1/26/2009 3:44:00 PM
  A: The reason your phone is not charging is because this cradle uses the USB cable to charge and sync your phone. The AC adapter is used to charge the extra battery slot. To have your phone charge the cradle would need to be connected to your computer.

  A: It depends on how thin your skin is. But most cases and skins must be removed for your phone to fit in the base of this cradle.
