The first week I was unable to get it to stay on the windshield so you will have to play with it. It has been on now for 3 weeks with no problems and that is even in -20 degree weather.

When using my phone in the holder it works so great. I bought it for using my Sprint Navigation function. I can easily see and hear the directions because it holds it so great. LOVE IT!

A: Hi,
You can plug in the spring attachments to the back of your car's vents. Please keep in mind that using these attachments will not allow you to rotate the car holder in 360 degrees.

Yes it is. You can adjust the mount to hold various sized phones and it will definitely hold your phone even when it is within an otter box case.
