Q: I recently purchased this screen protector from you off of eBay (item # 320168671262) and the sticker that's supposed to help you install it "stuck" and left glue on the protector. A: Please be advised there are 3 layers of the screen protector, two outside layers and the actual screen protector in between. The 2 outside layers are attatched to the tabs. The tabs are used to remove the outer layers to reveal the screen protector. The tabs themselves are NOT supposed to be removed. On the actual tab, it clearly states: "THIS STICKER HELPS TO REMOVE THE MASK FROM THE ScreenGuard. PLEASE PEEL OFF THE MASK WITH THIS STICKER" Please contact our Customer Service department if you have any more requests/concerns. Thank you.
