Q: I just received m the Screen Guard for my LG (SKU) VX9100SG in the mail. There are no instructions and I did follow the two labels to be removed in order. The labels did not come off completely and are stuck to the screen guard. Don't know if both are to be attached or how to attach them. How can i send this back? I am very disappointed in this order not to mention no instructions other than 1) "PLEASE PEEL OFF THIS MASK BEFORE APPLICATION & 2) PLEASE PEEL OFF THIS MASK AFTER APPLICATION COMPLETED. A: We apologize for the confusion. There are actually 3 layers of the screen protector, two outside layers and the actual screen protector in between. The 2 outside layers are attatched to the tabs and these tabs are used to help you remove the outer layers to reveal the screen protector.
