The charger does not work well when my cell phone's battery is really low. It keeps going on & off, like there is a short curcuit somewhere. I know it's the charger, because when I finally got home & charged my phone, it stayed on consistently.

The product was fine and work as expected. But the shipping is horrible. It took 1 month for me to receive the product. The first time it got lost. The second time, i need to confirm my address with them 4 times before they finally ship the replacement out.

With such a good price, All but one of the items have performed better than expected. The car charger gets so hot while in use, you can't help but question its safety.

The cable does not make a good connection with the headphones. Constantly having to giggle the jack to get sound. The Samsung OEM design was better - the female jack was embedded in the part with the volume control/mute/answer key instead of as a "dongle" that hangs off the end. Disappointed...but using it.

Great length, everything is great except for they dont really stay in your ears. I rap them around the top of my ears and then put them in so they stay in easier.

This is not a true HTC product! It is just a generic Mini USB cable on one end and a USB on the other. It still fits in the Hero, but it does not have the same shape as the device plug in. On top of that, being generic did not make it cheaper. I wanted to just send it back, but it wasn't worth the time or the money (i.e. shipping costs, restocking deductions, etc.) I kind of feel like GoneMobile screwed me and will be more cautious when buying from them in the future.
