This only works if I plug into my computer. If I use it with the wall charger or the car chargeer I bought with it, it does not work.

The product work very good except for intense use. The volume knob fail from time to time. In my case I do a lot of bike (that is my intense use). But beside, if it is use under normal condition, it is perfect. My phone is a HTC touch and the buttons that are on the adapter are not practical.
