Hi --
Pros: It works exactly as advertised. I use it with a BlackBerry 8350i.
Cons: None
Observation: I bought it so I could listen to music with my headphones. They already have a long enough cable. What I really wanted and couldn't find was a short (six inches or so) cable to let me plug in my headphones. I didn't need a mic. I would have gladly paid the same price for such a cable. That said, if you need an adapter, this one works. I tried several before trying this one (Radio Shack and Best Buy) and they DID NOT work.

Merchandise as advertised; fast delivery. This celphone belt pouch is especially desirable since it incorporates BOTH belt loops and a spring clip. It will NOT fall off when worn with a belt, unlike models with only the spring clip.
Works well with Samsung Rugby phone.

It does the job, but it's very temperamental. When using it, the headphone plug needs to be jiggled around in the adapter socket in order to make both headphones work. If you're sitting still, it's no big deal, but it's a pain to use when you're trying to move around at all. Other than that, it's fine.

The phone is a bit hard to mate up to the usb plug. It's not a simiple drop in and go.
Also you have to use the ac charger to charge the 2nd battery you don't have a choice of USB only or AC only(or second USB cable). USB power is only if the phone is docked but AC power (or Second USB cable) will do both Phone and spare battery.
They could have made the attached USB cable do both the charging of the phone and charging of the 2nd battery!!!

The product is good overall in protection but there is a problem in the clips that hold the case together being somewhat loose and the home button and side switches being hard to reach because of the case. The extra screen protector is great especially when throwing it into a bag with a bunch of other items so it won't get scratched.

The device works well, once it's connected properly; it performed as expected. The con: users may not know that one must very firmly press the device into the phone. A line or two of instructions with the device would have saved me the time and postage spent to return it, only to get a second headset and experience the same issue.
