I don't know if it's a problem with my phone or if it's this headset, but halfway through a lot of calls, the person I'm talking to won't be able to hear me. When I unplug the headset and speak into the handset they can hear me fine. I wish I knew if it's the headset or my LC Chocolate phone.

guys, initially the wrong cords were sent, but once I made the call i was sent the correct cords which work fantastic for a fraction of the cost verizon wanted to sell it for. great service -- i would highly recommend. bc

I sent this headset back to you with specific instruction to check if it actually works with a EM330 motorola phone and you just reshipped a duplicate headset. The new one I received doesn't work with my phone either so maybe you should remove it from the EM330 list of accessories because I'm out ten dollars and have no working headset.
Still, if I had to rate the manner of business and overall performance of your Customer service I would still give you an 8 out of 10 so 80% is not too shabby in this climate but I still have no headset.

with a nokia 6263 the sound was not in stereo as well as being of poorer quality than the less expensive nokia OEM headset. The microphone missed some mid and high tones as well. This is not a comparable replacement for the nokia 6263.
