It was damaged when I got it.
Not your fault.
The damage was internal, so it was done during manufacturing.
not sending a $6 item back.
I fixed it myself.
the insulator which seperated one of the ground strips from the center terminal was broken off and when i plugged it into my power outled, it made contact and blew the fuse.
Some 2 part epoxy, a plastic mcdonalds straw around the fuse, and a day to cure took care of the problem.

PROS: THIS IS THE ONLY CASE THAT FITS PERFECTLY THE NEW INCASE POWER SLIDER IPHONE 3G CASE.
CONS: LEATHER ON BOTTOM EDGE OF CLIP WORE OFF ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. BELT CLIP COULD BE 1/4" LONGER FOR WIDER BELTS.
