All the connectors were somewhat hard to connect to my phone. It should be noted that you will need to "push hard" in order to connect cable to phone. All have worked and are of decent quality.

The bettery life is excellent so far (only been several weeks). However, the battery door is paper-thin and scratches from contact with anything -- it is already in horrible shape aesthetically and will not stand up to wear. It is also silver in color (and doesn't match my phone) and not the medium gray as shown in the photo.

It was good at first but about after a week the case fitment became loose. This in turn left little surface scratches on the back of my white iphone. The quality of the product isn't the best also.

Great service. Lousy product. This non-OEM cell phone battery warps after its first charging such that its electrical contacts no longer remain in contact with the phone and cannot be used anymore. The flat (inside) face of the battery bulges so much that it will not seat properly in the phone. It will "click" in place, but will neither charge nor work. The good folks at iGoneMobile were kind enough to give me a discount on a replacement battery, but that battery did the same thing. I reco

Maybe a miscommunication, but the item I received won't work with my phone (Moto K3). My phone has a standard mini USB jack. The adapter sent me has some weird, proprietary miniusb jack that I have never seen before. I wish that had been made clear in the product description. So I cant even plug it into the phone.
